Hi,

In my search for pilot manuals of WWII aircraft, I found this site. This collection started when I read the book "A damn good show" in which there was written something about stabilized jaw in the pilot's manual of a Hampden bomber. I started to search for this manual, but never found it. Found other interesting manuals instead. I play the Il-2 series of games as well and like to go to aviation museums.

Is that a stereotype from a previous age, I was just reading yesterday that they are clamping down on smoking dope in Amsterdam's red light district, they were starting to restrict the cafes when I was in Germany years ago.

No, but when I worked in Mulheim quite a few of by colleagues used to go to Venlo to get stoned on the weekend and bring a stash back for the week, so there was something in it.
