Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum. My brother and I love aviation. Especially WWII aviation. We both build Rc model air craft and hope to some day build a real Pietenpol aircraft. I stumbled onto this sight while trying to find a forum about aircraft restoration. I have a stromberg injection carburetor that needs a new home. From the research I have done the carb belongs on an Allison engine. Like used in the P47. If anyone is interested or could tell me the correct place to be that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Welcome aboard, this forum includes both WWII as well as other eras of aviation ranging to the early eras of flight, the cold-war and modern eras and the current rise of the drones.

In addition to aviation, we have other interests such as bacon (bacon is kind of this forum's second passion), various types of cheeses, and chocolate, though probably not all mixed together (I can't imagine a bacon, cheddar, chocolate milk-shake tasting that good, but who knows?)

Welcome to the forum.
The carb for the V-1710 would've probably been appreciated at 'Planes of fame' workshop.
