Guys, as a Brit many of the British team in the "special" Olympics, I prefer the old name paraplegic, are ex service who lost limbs in mine IED explosions. Our daughter was a forceps delivery, within an ace of oxygen starvation I presume, there but for the grace go all of us.
I am not making an issue but as I said "retard" is a bit harsh..
Then you have even worse conditions of mental shortcomings such as lawyers and politicians...
