He should have a big trout or sturgeon carcass (stuffed?) that he could mount in the shark mouth when he is parked.

After close inspection, it appears to have French civil registration which may explain the waste of two engines on a twin float biplane.
It does have a front opening windscreen, which indicates bug smashes on the pilot are not a problem because of speed.
