I have always been a big fan of the Gladiator too. When they added the ability to open the cockpit with 4.10 it made it all the better.

I have been flying a neat old mini-campaign recently. ME-109 Over The Jura by Gaston
Best to fly it using the None (NN) country now because if you use everything in the download it will overwrite the current speech pack and menu music for the current French (FR) campaigns.

I was a little bit surprised when the 2nd group leader flew across my path. Luckily I did not shoot him down.

The "ME-109 Over The Jura" cmpaign should work fine with your setup.
Make sure to download it and unzip it on your desktop and then put the files in manually so you don't overwrite files that have been updated since the campaign was released.
Imo, Using the NN folder for it now is the safest option.

A couple more.

Forgot to extend the landing gear.

The Pilot bailed out before the plane stopped moving and the plane ran him over.

The wing damage was caused after he crash landed.
