What I find interesting, is how many people now have Celiac disease.

It used to be rare, but as soon as "gluten free" products became mainstream, all of a sudden, 1 in 100 Americans have this disease...

I have to declare the 14 main allergens you can see along the top row.
Big fines and even prison if i don't comply with legislation!
