No, Erich. That's a honeysuckle and it belongs to my neighbor on the west side. My cross-the-street neighbor had Rhody's across the front of her house. I'll get a pic when they are in bloom.

what is your mulching medium used in the winter C ? in any case they are well insulated under the snows
 
E~: Do not use a mulch, let them fare for themselves. That weeds out the sickly.
If they get through this, they will be hale and hardy.
