In the early 1930s, he could have been an instructor in Tokorozawa Flying school.
So, the guy in center of the front row would be him but looks too handsome

This guy resembles Tateo Kato.
He might have been learning how to fly the new fighter Ki-10.

Sorry to say but the young guy of Photobucket does not look Tateo Kato.

Kato was NOT necessarily handsome but much popular with girls because of his manly face.
This is Kato.

This is Susumu Fujita - actor who played as Tateo Kato in the movie "Kato Hayabusa Sento-tai (1944)".
The young guy of Photobucket may resemble Fujita but has nothing to do with him because Fujita was an artillery soldier in the 1930s.
Fujita might be known as Kato in the internet.

The young guy is Lt Kosuke Kawahara - one of Kato's best comrades.
He was KIA in China on March 25, 1938.
