ok - I think I'm about done with this. I just need to matt varnish the decals - they're a bit glossy.
And then I will add snow so it matches my game table - but I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

It's a great build. It's entertaining to see such a perfectly built "wrong" scene. Just watch out for the NKVD. No one was supposed to know it's wrong.
