Wow, Wayne you are right about the camo. However, having been on the end of that stick, getting camo down for different scales is difficult. Other than the paint blend, the build is nicely done.

What caught my eye was the seem between fuselage and wing joint on the second model.

But then again.. I can only wish to build such beauties. Well done gents.

Wayne: What do you/they use for the non-skid walk area at the wing root ?

Charles

Well, some kits will have them as a decal which makes it real easy. While most paint and mask the area.

You can do it in the early stages and then place a mask over it and leave it until the end to be removed or mask it off in the later stage and carefully spray it as one of the last painting jobs you do...

Switcha,I will scan tomorrow and post the Melbourne Expo score sheet, this will give you an indication of what the judges are looking for.

Model comp info in Qld only or interstate?

Mostly curious as to how many modeling competions are out there. Both Hainus myself are in Emerald so the nearest decent airport is 300km away in Rockhampton, they had a modeling competion there this year but we found out about it the day before it started:cry:. Brisbane is a possibility but other cities are pipe dreams for the moment.

Thanks for the judging sheet. I always wanted to know what the criteria was.

Cheers Switch
