It is the Japanese Kawanishi N1K1 Kyufu "Rex" in Indonesian Markings after it was captured.
This aircraft was further developed into 2 land based fighters the N1K1-J Shiden
and N1K2-J Shiden-Kai.

That's what I thought, I was just shooting in the dark.
