was wondering how do you transport your models without breaking them ?

He posted that in one of the Expo threads, don't remember which though. He takes a box that the model will fit in, and lays those plastic grocery bags in them and it seems to work.

Doesn't bear thinking about what would happen if some clown bumped into him and knocked all that work for six!
I think I'd shoot myself, ......after ripping the b***s of the clown!

If I knew how to find it......I would point you in the right direction Rochie!

Anyway, yes the good old Plastic Grocery bag, "Fluff" them up then place them in a suitable size box and pat them down without letting all the air out.
Place 3 -5 bags in rotating them so the carry 'handles' are not all in the same place and form a sort of bowl in the bags, form the "bowl"shape to suit the aircraft. and there you have it, a nice air cushion...would you like a photo reconstruction!

The aerial wire should drop away slack, much better than has been depicted, this particular aerial is rather ordinary to say the least!
