So here we are, underwing radiators going on. Note, this is the last view with the original spinner. Too short, too pointy.
earlier in this thread, I said, 'chop and replace' so here I go.....
some .040" strips laminated, flats roughed-up a tad so the adhesive works better
nose taking shape after some file work
oil cooler width reduction, new air inlet left side of the fuselage, lamination of one piece .040 and one piece .030" shown with very rough shaping. the lower side of the wings are getting airfoil shape too
here is the new spinner and new scoop (lots more shaping needed), top view
