Stanislav,
Your translating of the stencils seems to be OK. However not always it is correct because not all Russian inscriptions were tranlsated literally and in the way you did using the on-line translator. Secondly not all of them were applied.

For instance ... Podłączenie klimatyzatora lądowego : ciśnienie: 0,3 kg/cm - Подключение наземного кондиционера давление 0.3 кг/см.
In fact there was PODŁĄCZENIE URZĄDZENIA NADCIŚNIENIOWEGO 0,3kG/CM²

Here is an another example ..

and here the same area of the Polish MiG-23 ... both sides of the fuselage. Notice the lack of the inscription you pointed at in your image.

In my opinion it should be "WZMACNIACZ HYDRAULICZNY PRZERYWACZA".

Do you know anything about this plane?
I know the following:
MiG-23MF serial no. 146 was delivered with the first group in June 1979.
SO in FWD converted between July 1989 and May 1990.
After returning from SO, 146 received the emblems of 28.PLM/IIE (II. squadron-variant B), II. squadron and its 2. swarm.
In the further course of service, the white edging of the fuselage numbers was painted, a narrow dark blue stripe around the fuselage immediately behind the radome and later a red stripe around the fuselage at the level of the 28th fuselage bulkhead.
At the Poznań-Ławica Air Show in August 1991, it was exhibited as a static exhibit. An inscription commemorating the participation of 146 in this Air Show was sprayed under the regiment emblems on both sides.

It is the MiG-23MF, serial 0390217146. She was made 25.04.1979 and delivered to Poland on 04.06.1979. She servided in 28th PLM, Słupsk from 13.06.1979 r. to 12.12.1997. The general overhaul Drezno, DDR in 1990. The last flight on 16.12.1996. or 26.04.1996 ( two different data ) and removed from the register of the aircraft o fthe PAF on 22nd December 1997. She was sold to a private owner and displayed in Sady near Poznań where getting derelicted slowly. Later she was sold/moved to the exibition in Swarzewo near Władysławowo. The new owner "refreshed" her a little bit and repainted with the grey colour insted of the green camouflage.

Did I write it correctly?
AIR SHOW PICINARI ŁAHICR

For the Polish MiG 23 ...

1. Dark Green - FS 34052
2. Olive Green - FS 34097
3. Olive Drab - FS 34087 other sources claim here the FS 33303
4. Light Sky Blue or Dark Blue Grey for undersides FS 35622 or 35450, 35466.
I assume that aircraft 146 wore these colors?

Why is this place painted blue? I've also seen this place painted red. Does it depend on something?

Yes it was marking for the line of the lockers that allowed to undock the tail from the rest of the fuselage and access the engine at the rear area ( afterburner )and the nozzle.

Wurger. I am currently translating technical inscriptions from Russian into Polish. Do you by any chance have any photos of the Polish Air Force MiG-23 with technical inscriptions?
I am guided by the photographs of the MiG-23MF from the Langerford Museum in Denmark.
But there are some places that I can't read because of the poor quality.View attachment 839870

Stanislav , I have found the close-up image of the inscriptions seen in the pic. So the Polish ones are ....

the top one is ... "NAZIEMNA WENTYLACJA KOMBINEZONU. CIŚNIENIE 29 kPa (0,3 KG/CM²) WYDATEK 25 kg/h"
the bottom one is ... "PODŁACZENIE NAZIEM. WENTYLACJI KABINY CIŚN. 29 kPa (0,3 KG/CM²) WYDATEK 125 kg/h". Also please notice that the initaill Russian inscription is still seen.
