Have not been to it yet but got news for you every Hooters I have been to wears the regular white shirt and tight oragne shorts not the scrunchy black dress and whit shirt that you are talking about.
 
I haven't seen the black dress, but I've seen some of them wear black shirts and shorts. I think it's some promotional thing they do every now and then. For what, I don't know.

The fucking dickhead on the bike is hilarious its like one of those Tony Hawks type PS games.
I have seen a Ford van with the half shaft coming out just like that 4X4
they only stopped just in time as the spline was starting to show.
As for the crap holes on the mountain I cant help saying it.
I've heard of being shit on from a great height but that's just ridiculous.

PS I also liked the Over the Shoulder Double Boulder Holder with the cleavage holster. Bet the rounds ejected with out firing the pistol.

There you go thinking dumb again. I have lived in Germany my whole life pretty much and been to the Oktoberfest about a hundred times (probably not a hundred but you know I like to exagerate). There is no traditional "black dress" that is worn at the Oktoberfest. At the Oktoberfest they wear the traditional German clothing that is called a Dirndl and is in many different colors not just black. If you actually would go there you would know that. Here are pictures of what you are talking about. Though I did not take these, most of these were taken at the Oktoberfest. Unfortunatly even though I only live about 2 hours from Munchen I did not make it to the Oktoberfest this year.

You see not all black, and black is not the traditional color of the Oktoberfest....
