Modern WW2 pic's

    Following on from the replies from my 'OMG, I forgot the colour' thread, I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread where you can post your 'modern' WW2 pic's.

    The idea is to show both the original colour pic and the one that you've digitaly modded to look like it could have been taken back in WW2.

    Make sure that you dont include any give away's... modern cars, people walking around in shorts and Hawian shirts loud enough to sports a volume control, modern planes, or modern buildings.

    Try to include something in the background, period if possible...whatever you can use.

    I've attached two pics, taken from a local Castle ruin not far from where I live (Old Sarum Castle) showing a Spittie on short finals heading towards the airfield to show the type of shots for this thread.

    And try and keep the pics fairly small.

    Hey Gary, would you mind posting some of your originals (colours, if you want to leave the watermarks on them, I don't have an issue) here? You have some really good ones of planes in flight.
