Disagree. The B-19 is definitely impressive in its size, the the R2D2 turrets and the lumpiness of its Piaggio-like forward section take it off the list of best looking planes.

That's the first cab-over aircraft I can recall. I think cab-over trucks are butt-ugly, too..................

The Short Seamew is also cab over engine.

On the otherhand, Vultee's XP-81, which was similar to the P-75A, was perhaps the best looking aircraft Vultee ever made.

I always really liked the Vengeance. The cranked wing gave it an aggressive look, rather like a diving sea bird.
