Thank you all for the response guys! I intend to show as much detail of the Hayate as possible and this is due to my more-than-sufficient reference material, the decision not to build any kind of diorama but the plane itself and of course to the help of Shinpachi-san whose help with the Japanese has been great so far!

Special attention will be given to the armament so here's another photo. I don't exactly need help with the translation as to how generally the system of firing the two nose MGs works.

Cheers,
Panagiotis.

Thank you parsifal!

Well, the kit IS fine and calls for a carefree OOB build, but I chose to work vice versa.
So the last modelling session was a nightmare for the kit!

This is the second Hayate which I'm going to represent besides the other one which I've already posted. As far as I know this must be the second prototype. I guess it should be duraluminium in all the surfaces and the interior including the cockpit. I'd like Shinpachi or someone in the forum to give me some directions on it.I intend to add a lot of detail on it some of which I've already posted while the "85" with the arrow will be an OOB model.
Cheers,
Panagiotis.

Thank you gents for your comments!
A maybe tough question for the forum: The object I've marked in this Maru book could be some kind of pipe connecting the cap with the main fuel tank of the Hayate?

The Hasegawa kit gives a kind of bulge on the left console..

Thank you..
