I thought so too. This being the last 'official' invasion of Britain. Although I believe an abourigine staged an 'invasion' during Australia's Bicentennial celebrations as a protest.

Hardly even an unofficial invasion really that one you quoted for 1988. To be an invasion you need numbers. I am assuming that that would have been one solitary individual acting by themselves.

I was hoping you would fill in the gaps. Obviously it was not a true invasion but more a political statement to highlight abouriginal grieviances to bicentenary that celebrated the 'invasion of their country'.
