Had a neat thing happen late last week. Steve Hinton's Fighter Rebuilders got a new baby warbird on its feet.

    1) Here is the fuselage on Wednesday last week:

    2) Here is one inner wing stub:

    3) Here is Friday, lining the pieces up:

    4) Here is Friday, all three pirces joined, and on the gear:

    5) A better shot:

So, the world is well on its way to a new baby Grumman F7F Tigercat.

Hope you continue to update, Greg, this is awesome! To what scale is it if it's a 'baby'? Looks pretty impressive already.

The scale is 1:1 since this is a real Grumman Tigercat being restored for a private owner.

Hang a couple of turboprops on there and you could market that as a "new" design. Those babies were sweet!

Sex is a trick of nature,
it makes a man a fool,
    it takes away his money,
    and wears away his tool!
