P-40B MTO Markings.

    Hi all!

    I was wondering whether anyone has a camouflage schemes for P-40's operating in the MTO

    US or RAF? US would be the standard OD over grey or desert pink. The RAF use two shades of brown or a green and grey combination. Sorry but I am at work and cannot look up the colors for you. You may want to look in the aircraft amrkings and camouflage section.

    Hmm looking, it seems that the only letters for the side I have is KHR I have the RAF emblem. If I could find any decals I may be able to do something.

    These are looking very nice. But as you have mentioned these were for P-40F version and don't fit to the B one.

    I'm still looking for the making your own decal thing. I hope I can find it soon or else I'll have to do the SM 79... and that paint scheme is a pain!

    I don't think so. Could you post here an example of the camo scheme for the SM.79?

    Yes, but wouldn't it be a bit hard to brush paint a camo scheme like that? I can't afford an airbrush right now, :( .
