    Yup, a Bulgarian L29 with the wings removed (not too hard to do). Maybe awaiting a buyer?

    Yep, it certainly looks Bulgarian, although I am not sure where it's parked. Those aren't Bulgarian license plates on the vehicles and the signage isn't Cyrillic.

    The red dot in the roundel doesn't belong, someone must have been fooling around, as the post-communist roundel is a red outer band, a green inner band and the center is white. During the communist years, this same roundel was in the center of a red star.

    Here's an L-29 on display at the Burgas airport with the same post-communist roundels:
