Thanks, WojtekAlmost ... my firend. Unfortunately you worked out a couple of letters incorrectly what resulted in the translation. The "SORBA" is "БОРЬБА" what means fight, fighting. The "GENERAL ALLO" is "ОБЩЕЕ ДѢЛО" what means a common businnes, common cause, thing, matter, issue. The "START TO FIGHT" is "ВСѢ ДЛЯ БОРЬБЫ" what is a call to fight by everyone. So it should be "All for the fight" rather. It is quite interesting the author of the banner used the "Ѣ" sign that was removed from the soviet alphabet because of the reform of the Russian spelling in 1917. However it became almost a symbol of the "white" resistance against the Bolsheviks and everything that has gone into the past with the new power. Also it is interesting that all Russian publications published outside the USSR kept the old orthography long after World War II. So a piece of the History there.
ДА ЗДРАВСТВУЕТ АНТИКОММУНИСТИЧЕСКОЕ СОГЛАШЕНИЕ НИППОН И ГЕРМАНИИ !
БОРЬБА С КОММУНИЗМОМ - ОБЩЕЕ ДѢЛО!
ВСѢ ДЛЯ БОРЬБЫ С МИРОВЫМ ЗЛОМ - КОММУНИЗМ!
and the translation ...
Long live the anti-communist agreement of Nippon and Germany!
The fight against communism is a common cause!
All for the fight against world evil - communism!
