I am convinced that only 5th Air Force was there.
Then, the fighter squadron in mission look 35th or 36th or 80th but the 80th was equipped with P-38s in March 1943 if I am not wrong.

The first '' Navy '' (in fact USMC) Mitchells were 75 B-25 C / PBJ-1Cs, beginning in february 1943.
The F6F first action was september 1, 1943.
The Navy pamphlet was dated august 27, 1943.
And oddly enough, the R4D / C-47 is missing.
