Blenheim Mark IV, 'WR-B', of No. 248 Squadron RAF based at North Coates, Lincolnshire, in flight over the North Sea, 1940.
The aircraft is fitted with a Light Series Carrier under the fuselage. Note also the gas warning panel, which has been applied
to the top of the fuselage in front of the tail fin.

Good to see the two-seat Zero, it doesn't get much photographic coverage. The mods made to the aircraft in service can be seen, the removal of the tail cone and the circular lower undercarriage doors and inboard half-moon doors, while the anti-spin strakes ahead of the hori stab are visible.

Great photo, Nakajima A2N Type 90 Carrier Fighter, this combined technology from the Bristol Bulldog and Boeing 100 fighter. If the photo is in Tokyo, it is probably the Naval Air Station at Kasumigaura, near the shore of Tokyo Bay. It looks like a ceremony, perhaps inducting the type into service? The main service examples, A2N2s dispensed with the wheel spats.

I know, I built mine with the spats off. The website itself is excellent. I can look for the link.
