Well years ago someone did this one:

We had a flight of six T-37s at Carswell, kept around for crew proficiency and flight-time. They were parked on the flightline about 200' from the fire station, a little to the side. They were the loudest little bastards I've ever heard, like a power-drill at 130dB.
I did QA on out T-37's at Robins AFB 19th ARW. We had two. But the A-37, though built from the same basic design, is a completely different beast.

The A-37 has different, more powerful engines. Super beefed up airframe with multiple hard points on the wings ( I think if I remember three each wing for a total of six) and the airframe is a little larger with a gun.

Pointless thread jack here. Could a clean A-37 take on the Me 262 in a dogfight? I'm thinking (I know, right?) that below 15000, the A-37 would win. Pylons but nothing hung on them.

Not even close in speed. The 262 will out run by some 200 mph (give or take) and the 262's fire power would disintegrate an A-37. The A-37 had a 7.62 mini gun. Top speed on the 37 was less than 400 mph. P-51 would out run it.
