This aircraft has an unusual history (for the Soviet aircraft industry) - it was designed against the _direct_ _prohibition_ of the Minister of Defense, and tests of the aircraft were started in Belarus - far from the usual airfields near Moscow. But it was all for nothing - the Il had no advantages over the Su-25 and after the airshow in 1992 (pictured above) it was forgotten completely.

Braniff airlines? Through me off because it's not multi colored.
Ex-commercial 727-100 operated by ANG
4610 (MSN 18811) was formerly B-727-035 N4610 of National Airlines. National merged with
Pan American and aircraft named 'Clipper Pathfinder'. Purchased by USAF Aug 21, 1984.
Sold Jan 11, 2002 to Dodson International Parts, Inc and then to Dodson Aviation Jan 14, 2002.
Registered to Dodson Aviation as N4610. Seized by Zimbawean authorities for
carrying suspected merceneries and military equipment. Dodson supposedly had sold
the plane to a South African company, Logo Ltd.

The 727 is my favorite jetliner from an aesthetic point of view, though I'd prefer the 787 for actually going someplace. The dimmable window entertains me for hours.
And with knowledge I am intrigued. I had always thought you to be a grown man and have now become to understand you are but a a youthful child of advanced age! How quaint, one like myself! I'm ready for my nap now.
