A March Air Force Base, California, 22nd Air Refueling Wing (SAC) KC-10 refueling aircraft flies into the Antarctic sun. It just completed refueling a C-141 Starlifter returning from a paradrop mission to the Deep Freeze personnel who spend the winter darkness at McMurdo Base and South Pole station. Exact Date Shot Unknown; circa June 1985.
