Wayne,Kit does look pretty good in the box.
Re. the decals you are correct about BII-124, if they are referring to that aircraft, it could be possible another BII-124 replacement was so marked for Midway, an unknown factor..? Or the illustrator doesn't know as much as they think they do in identifying correct time period and markings....
Re. BI-151 there definitely was another after Lt. Fusada Iida and PH (as far as I know the code is not 100% confirmed).
The second was flown likely by Lt. JG Iyozo Fujita carrying Lighter Coloured Blue Markings similar to what is in the Kit, while the earlier BLUE markings were more like a Blue Angels Blue, much darker in the earlier period.
The Lighter Blue has been carried over from Kit to Kit and decal sheet to decal sheet over time and is really not correct for PH
The Only decal sheet I know of that most accurately conveys the Dark Blue is on Yellow hammer Decal sheet YHD32015 A6M2 Zero type 21's as shown below.

Question.
Whats the best online model supplier in America I guess (cause of the shipping) The nearest quality hobby shop to me is in Corvallis Or (Trumps Hobbies) which is about 100 miles away.
OK. It looks like I can make an FR.XVIII from this kit. There are two clear parts that represent camera windows and the FR.XVIII used only one, on either side according to the sadly missed Edgar Brooks. I have decals for the "J" and print off underwing serials or I can mask off for white "T" or "F" and make underwing serialsSo I broke my 3 year hiatus and purchased this for a future GB
I did want to do one of the aircraft from the 1949 Arab/Israel Conflict, 208 Squadron RAF Fayid, Egypt, with the odd camouflage but it seems they were all photo/recon birds. If I can't find anything I'll do the Indian markings to be different. I downloaded the 208 Squadron ORB for the relevant time frame and saw something weird. We always wish that the ORBs would contain codes as well as serial numbers but in this one they only contain aircraft codes, no serial numbers
