Needed an accurate ANA623 Glossy Sea Blue for my RNZAF birds, so got this... apparently Vallejo's 71.300 and Tamiya XF-17 are the best matches.

Drove to PG in a snowstorm to get my truck serviced at 0830 and drove home in a snowstorm after my 1400 appt. with my denturist. Killing time in between I picked up some supplies. The IPA i got from Costco, 4 bottles for 13$ plus tax. The paint came from what can only be called, very loosely, a hobby shop. The two Vallejo bottles are different versions of Satin Clear finish. The keen eye will notice the top off the polyurethane bottle open. I just applied it to the flap of my Corsair and so far it looks very satinny. While in the hobby shop I was talking with the owner and he's going to see what it would take to bring in Mr. Hobby paint
