If you can get it, the Airfix USAF personnel pack is really good.
Pilots, armourers, mechanics, MP, even two little trailers with a bomb on each.

Figures are actually HO/OO so will be smaller than actual 1/72 but they still fit in ok.

An old pack but still rates highly on review sites - code is Set 01748.

There is a Heller pack which is Set 79648. That is a reissue of the Airfix pack and exactly the same so don't buy both.
