Post-repair touched up by hairy brush in places with acrylics, as will be the airbrush touch ups (hopefully tomorrow).
I got the same yellow color on the ki 100 decals, I did managed to get rid of the silvering thoThe arrivals.

I used to get the MPC kits build them with the gear out. Just the right size hole for a firecracker! KABOOOMMM, must'a gone though half a dozen! Great fun, to think that was fifty years ago.After much hemming and hawing, I finally broke down and bought this. Paid about 3x my usual bottom feeder price, but it's the only true F4F-3 in 1:72 out there that I know of. Everything else is an F4F-4 in drag. Since converting an F4F-4 would cost about the same or more, I took the plunge.
