I nearly bought a 'pre owned' Kinetic /Italeri F-86 a couple of weeks back Kevin, but decided against it at the last minute. I've just spotted a mint, still sealed Hasegawa F-86 in 1/32nd for only £14 (about $22) !
Think I might get that when the place re-opens after Christmas.

First model purchase in quite awihle the 1/32 F-86 by Kinetic nice mouldings but kinda sparse on the interior.I seem to remember on a review get an aftermarket seat maybe an interior to boot.
Hi,
when I did mine, I used the after-market interior set supplied by AMS Resin, a very good one in my opinion.

Here some pictures of mine after assembly and painting:

nice stuff, there! :D

I decided to pick these bad boys up from Michael's (arts and crafts store) I was surprised to see a Willy's Jeep in 1/24 scale. something I've been wanting to do for a while (plus a Kubelwagen, and a couple of tanks in that scale) really awesome this thing comes with some small arms. I'll be using the Thompson in a same-scale '32 Ford Sedan build in the future. and I'll probably duplicate the bullethole decals, somehow. or make my own.

And I decided to get another one of these, and build a custom livery on it for a very close friend of mine

well i am currently highest bidder for a Classic Airframes 1/48 Westland Whirlwind, few days to go yet and will probably get beat at the last minute as i am not prepared to pay silly money for it but fingers crossed, you never know i might just sneak through un noticed !!!

Picked up the new 1/72 Airfix Lightning F2A this weekend and placed an order for a 1/48 Eduard Hellcat that I will enter into the Aircraft in foreign service Group Build. The Lightning looks like a very nice kit.

Good stuff guys.
Karl, I hope you win it. You could be in luck, as one went for a reasonable price about a week or ten days ago - I think it was around £29 or 30 something, much better than the stupidly high prices they normally go for, like the Hudson, Blenheims and Meteor F4 and F8.
I'm going to order that Meteor F4 conversion kit I mentioned, when the place re-opens after Christmas - for £18 it's not bad value, with a complete wing, and engine nacelles, which more or less 'drop in' on the Tamiya F3, which I already have in the stash. Beats the heck out of 50 or 60 quid average fro the CA kit!
The same place had a Meteor F1 and F3 for £12 each!
