My CO-OP stocked up on the1/48 Testors; P-51, -47, F8F, and Cessna O-2 for under 20$ each. I know their limits but I grabbed 6 of them. It'll give me a chance to work on building up interiors.

Good on ya Geo! This was a one-off for the shop in question (Aldi), so I didn't muck around!

They are indeed my friend, and both VERY nice!

The only one I had to think about was the Spitty, with it's accurate shape but DEEP panel lines which will need filling. That was bought on a second trip.

Let me know if anyone wants pics of the sprues.
 
Nice one. This might come in useful then. Not the same Ausf., but basically the same hull and superstructure.

Grabbed me another Hasegawa Raiden...this particular 'Special version' has a cannon sticking out the side of the fuselage below the cockpit!
