It's showing as £16.99 on Hannant's web site, with a note 'Put on backorder now and save 10%' (Back order meaning pre-order now).
It's not clear if the price shown is the normal, or pre-order price, but, as their new Spitfire and Hurricane are around the £16 to £17 mark, I think it's the 'normal' price shown.
Prices in the UK include 20% VAT (tax), so a price of £13 for non EU countries is probably about right.
