Dang, how did I miss that post. Hyperscale gives it a good review(hairy stick friendly as well) and if the price quote is 11.52$CAN for the 4 paint set, I'll definitely look for it.

I built the Monogram Kit back when I was ten years old if recall correctly, and even then George, that was my main beef with it. I have another Monogram and will probably do it before I build the GWH kit.

I noticed them whilst looking for paint for my Flanker kit !

Read a second review warning about the need for a primer coat. Odd that one reviewer had no problem with the paint lifting and the second had problems. Maybe surface prep had something to do with it. The second reviewer also mentioned buying extra colors for mixing purposes(he thought there was a color problem with the Late Luftwaffe set) but I couldn't find any singles, just the sets.

Haven't built one yet Karl but I have read there are some fit issues. Couldn't be worse than my Hobbycraft or my current GB build. I'll look over some reviews but two kits for under 40$CAN, I couldn't pass no matter how bad they are, could I ?

They are great kits but very fiddly when you get to the engine, exhausts and then fitting it all to the fuselage, just lots of care is needed and you will be ok.

It seems to me to be engineered so all the panels should be posed open so having them closed can take a lot of dry fitting before gluing into place.

Amazing amount of plastic for the price though and look good when done !
