You could scale up a decal sheet you own and print off the codes/numbers you need on some decal film

With the Scharnhorst probably wrapping up in the next six months methinks it was time to add to the Livery.I got the kit at a great deal off Amazon the box was damaged in a corner no damage to the kit.The seller a shop told me "the box is damaged " I said "your reputation is good and I am building it".I got it for $200 minus a $50 dollar gift card at the front door for $167. ;)

You'll need a bigger bathtub!!!!

The arrivals. Up early had to do some coursework. These are for the resin kit without any decals.

The Ki-44 Tojo decals are great. They do show Makoto Ogawa's tail symbol in red (correct) and not in yellow (wrong) which was "the standard" for many years.

It's questionable though if the 6 victory marking were applied in this way and why.
The only photo with the pilot and the plane is cropped and shows 2 eagles in the top row only partially:
WO Makoto Ogawa with No.2-.jpg

There is a suggestion (which I like better) by a different decal company how to place the eagles:

BTW he "killed" the super-fortresses with those 40mm rocket-projectiles and his a/c must be shown with wing cannons (not with wing guns like in the painting). It was a Ki-44II Otsu, and not Hei as usually described.

Cheers!
