another kosher kit on this wonderfull forum, Here is a 1969 kit of the first release by Revell The Bristol Beaufighter. I got this kit at discount store durring my leave in he navy Out in Ventura California my home state and county. there is a store caslled pic and save, this store sold anything from cloths food to plastic kits. I use buy a lot of Frog and Airline kits from England when they first were introduced to the USA.Those old kits sold for pennies on the dollar. I still have a bunch in my stash for the winter. will browesing in the store i ran accross this kit it came in a huge yellow box the plastic was all black plastic. Back in that era Revell started produceing 1/32snd scale kits starting with the P-40,ME 109.spitfire,and the Hawker hurricane. I was delighted to see this kit. I went ahead and bought it the list price for the kit was $1.98 But I got it for $.98 cents. I had this for years before I built it I built this kit 17 years ago I saw a flick that had a bunch Of Beaufighter flying around in north Africa I selected that paint scheme I wasn,t to keen on all black as a night fighter. Here she is fellas.

Great stuff Boats ! I did the same kit (with a bit of additions) for the MTO Group Build a while back. Have a look at the thread, you might like it.
Got to say - it's a basic kit by today's standards, but accurate overall, and a lot can be done with it.
Cheers !!
