Do you think that those were piloted aircraft? the camera footage would seem to indicate that these were tests of release systems using remote piloted planes

that's an OOOOPs alright or is it an OH $#!T!!! ?? i think the ac were manned.

The last one definently was as I had seen this footage on TV. The 2 guys in the chase plane were able to eject safely which is amazing to me.

I have no idea if any of the planes were manned or not, this was emailed to me by a friend who was a Navy corpsman running with the Marines in Iraq, no idea if he got it from a pilot or not. I too was wondering about the last plane, glad to hear they got out okay! Sorry to hear about their shorts....
