SPAD S.XIII

The SPAD S.XIII entered service with the Aéronautique Militaire in 1917 and was one of the best fighter aircraft of WW1. It was a larger heavier and faster version of the earlier S.VII.

The S.XIII was widely used by the French and US Air Forces and also saw service with Belgium, Britain, Italy and Poland.

The S.XIII was armed with 2 x 7.7mm machine guns.
