Just checked out penetrating counter air in a"Popular Mechanics" article. Any guess as to how long until a flying prototype? Heck, anyone have a guess at mockup?

I imagine it's in prototype stage, at least.

This new fighter is not going to be a traditional type, so it'll most likely be under wraps until it's ready for production.

Think along the lines of the Wobbly Goblin.

I'd like to know details to justify your comments. I know people who have flown the aircraft (F-35A) and that was never mentioned, but then again why???

Oh, and if it's such a failure why are 2 other countries building it?? Over 500 built so far.

They built more than 13 models of the Yugo car over a long production life. That doesn't make it a raging success story.
