I know, this aeroplane arrived just after WW2 so it shouldn't show here, but I like to show it as wel.
The model try to represent a Canadair CL 13, so a Canadian made F-86F under Italian markings.
To build it I use the Kinetic kit in 1:32 scale plus the nice kit manufatured by AMS Resin for the cockpit and the Aires kit for air brakes.

The cockpit

The engine that, unfortunately will be only partially visible if the rear fuselage is removed.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everybody!

Of course, if can reduce your size by 32, then you can sit in and, may be, also start it up!
Happy New Year

Beatiful work Alberto. Very nice.

There is one on a pedestal at the Military Airfieild north of Novara. Pretty bird. Worth a trip out from Milan if you are interested in Modeling the F86 in the future.

Can't rememeber the name of the base.

Many thanks, the airbase you mention is in Cameri, close to Novara as you say.
May be one day I will go there but I doubt I will do an other F86.
Presently I'm working on a Macchi 200 and a Spifire Mk IX
I will show soon som w.i.p. pictures.
Alberto
