Bummer Karl. Our last major windstorm blew out the side of my carport. Anyhoo.....-20°C/-4°F
For now !
Have had to add diagonal braces to the sides, it was moving so much, trouble is now it is lifting off the ground

No, I am over 200km from any snow.
The Central Florida Highlands is sort of a joke. I am about 30 miles (49km) from a town called MT. Dora which is not the highest point in Florida. They sell T-shirts where the height above sea level is in big numbers in inches, 184 ft is not impressive to most tourists

Here, there wasn't much of the low temperatures here this winter, let alone snow - being half a mile from the mid-Adriatic coastline has it's charms
Last snow here (more than a foot - unheard of here) was in early 2012.
'Central'/Eastern/Continental Croatia gets their fair share of snow every winter, and it puts the road connections between us and them - running through the mountains - on quite a strain, though.

Snowing, winds gusting to 50kph. -20°C/WC -29°C. Total whiteouts happening. The daughter was heading out of town tomorrow but the wife heard from a delivery driver that the 2hr trip took 31/2 and there was five vehicles in the ditch. I was checking the highway cameras and here we have number 6. It must have just happened at the time I took the screen shot, these cameras update every 10 minutes. Note the headlights still on and the guy lost it on a very long straight stretch which continues out of camera view

Indoor week though I have to shovel the driveway today
The mine is a wee bit worse. I keep my shift calendar and weather station so I can annoy my old crew at work. The weather website is located in Norway....go figure

Me and the missus just shovelled the driveway, 6" drifts on the left, 4" drifts on the right. Berm height 2'/60cm. Took about 15 minutes. This is what -22°C/WC -29°C looks like

We are having a cold spell which is not unwelcome except the grass is growing faster than I can keep up with. Officially we get the same weather as Bundy (all measurements are taken at Bundy Airport) even tho we are almost 100km west.
