Around zero today. Yesterday was an epic blizzard .... highways closed, 130kmh winds ..... crazy. 3 days ago the windchill was -32C. Tomorrow will be +4C. Weather here is bonkers

Yep - over 110 of those weird things the US uses. Much cooler than Death Valley but much higher humidity here so, to me, DV is more pleasant.

Complagging. 40°C gets me nervous, I don't do heat well or cold. More complagging. Heading out to the driveway. -21C/WC -27 - -6F/-17F. The 40 km/h wind last night blew all the neighbourhood snow into my driveway

District snowblower struggling. Has to double cut because they left it for too long. When I retired I went to the Public Works boss and told him I could work nights at a reduced rate to keep the roads open and take the extra work off his crews. He politely laughed and said no.

No no no no. Dynamite is not environmentally friendly.

Use an ammonium nitrate based explosive because ammonium nitrate is a good fertiliser.
