A few days ago it was hot and smokey from the forest fires and today the higher elevations had a dusting of snow. Weather in the Utah mountains can be very unpredictable.

You must have caught that cold front that came through my area. After the clouds parted, Shasta, Lassen and the Trinity Alps all had a fresh coat of snow.

Last time this happened, was the last week of June, 1990.

The smoke from fires in northern Minnesota, southern Ontario, have blown down to the Twin Cities. It's pretty bad and predicted to stay bad for the next several days.
Hot and smokey. I keep looking around for guys with cloven feet and pitchforks.
