I noticed that it's got a left-handed prop on it, so I would guess that you need left rudder on takeoffs and I would guess that you'd crank in some rudder trim to help you out for takeoffs as well. After typing that, I looked at the video again and saw the left rudder application on takeoff (early in the video).
