It seems to be a guided or semi guided weapon, no idea what is.

It looks like a Tiny Tim air to ground unguided rocket.

Obviously it is a V2 launched by some ultra rich warbird crowd, considering this is a WWII forum, must be the only answer.

Doing a quick google search seems Mr davparlr is right.

Is a free trajectory weapon, for some reason reason I believed it was guided.
Quite interesting the trapecial launching device in the F4U.
