Moving our youngest daughter into her dorm in about an hour from now. I miss her already.

I can relate. We saw our daughter off last weekend. I still find myself looking for her car when I get home from work.
Yessir, I just did the same. However she is attending RIT, so a very loooong drive to Rochester NY.Moving our youngest daughter into her dorm in about an hour from now. I miss her already.
On the bright side, she's only a 35 minute drive across town.
But I still have her car!

Done for the day....Post Office in another town, Home Depot, supper and back home. Probably 60 mile round trip when finally home. Too tired to get anything else done, so going to lay low in the office for a bit then go to bed.

Helped my wife divvy up her mother's household goods to prepare the house for sale.
Visited with the eldest, his wife and the grandson.
School supply shopping for the youngest.
Cooking up some brats for supper.

Cooked dinner for my kids and me. Watched Chicago fry some fish. Then went on a nice 50 minute walk and came home as sun was setting. Now sitting outside for a little bit as sun goes completely down. Then back in to spend more time with my children.
