Anyone familiar with the Canadian TV show Heartland, might recognize this track as being by Jack's late wife, Lyndy Bartlett.....



...actually, its a Canadian Country-Folk singer named Crystal Plamondon. The song is actually called "Forever More" and it appears on her album entitled, "On a Song and a Prayer".
