It's Muharram month! And exactly in front of my window... they play very loud "Nohe" about Hossein and Karbala! It's too much high that even with handsfries, i can hear it very clearly! It stars around 5 pm and goes upto 3 am!

If i want to give any "decibels"... maybe 5000 or something!!! The glass is like when a Fighter jet passes low level!
